It provides step-by-step instructions for assembling and attaching the mount and bracket to a paddleboard, surfboard, or other smooth surface, and then securing the OontZ speaker to the bracket.

Function Description:

The OontZ SUP Mount & Bracket system allows users to securely attach their OontZ Bluetooth Speaker to a paddleboard, surfboard, or other smooth surface, enabling them to enjoy music while engaging in water sports or other outdoor activities. The system consists of two main components: the OontZ SUP Mount and Base, which adheres to the surface, and the OontZ Speaker Bracket, which holds the speaker. The design ensures the speaker remains in position even during movement.

Important Technical Specifications:

• Adhesion: The OontZ SUP Mount and Base utilizes 3M tape for adhesion. It is designed to adhere best to smooth surfaces such as epoxy, ABS, and fiberglass. Rough surfaces or glass may not provide firm adhesion, potentially causing the mount and speaker to detach.
• Mounting Mechanism: The OontZ SUP Mount and Base features a slot-based system for attaching the OontZ Speaker Bracket. A thumb screw is used to secure the bracket firmly to the mount, ensuring the speaker stays in position once tightened.
• Speaker Compatibility: The bracket is specifically designed to fit the curved bottom of the OontZ Angle 3 ULTRA SUP Special Edition Speaker. An adjustment knob on the back of the bracket allows for widening to accommodate the speaker, and a side adjustment knob is used to firmly clamp the speaker into place.

Usage Features:

1. Mount Assembly and Adhesion:

   • The process begins by peeling off the yellow cover from one side of the 3M tape.
   • This side of the tape is then pressed onto the bottom of the OontZ SUP Mount and Base.
   • Next, the red cover is peeled off the 3M tape.
   • The OontZ SUP Mount and Base is then placed on a dry, smooth surface and pressed down firmly to adhere it.
   • Important Note: After placement, it is recommended to keep the surface dry and allow the 3M tape to adhere for a minimum of 20 minutes before use to ensure a strong bond.

2. Bracket Attachment to Mount:

   • The bottom of the OontZ Speaker Bracket is placed into the slots of the OontZ SUP Mount.
   • A thumb screw is inserted into the OontZ SUP Mount.
   • The thumb screw is tightened to secure the bracket to the mount, ensuring the speaker will remain in position.

3. Speaker Attachment to Bracket:

   • The adjustment knob on the back of the bracket is loosened until the bracket is wide enough to fit the bottom of the speaker.
   • While holding the assembled OontZ Bracket and Mount, the bottom of the speaker is placed into the bracket. The curved portion of the bracket is designed to fit the curved bottom of the speaker.
   • Note: A small gap will exist between the bottom of the speaker and the top flat surface of the bracket.
   • The adjustment knob on the side of the bracket is then turned until the bracket firmly clamps the speaker.
   • Caution: Do not overtighten the adjustment knob, as this may damage the bracket.

4. Detachment Feature:

   • The assembled OontZ SUP Bracket, Mount, and Speaker can be detached from the OontZ SUP Mount Base.
   • To detach, firmly press together the clips on the side of the OontZ SUP Mount and slide the OontZ SUP Mount out of the OontZ SUP Mount Base. This allows for easy removal of the speaker and bracket assembly from the paddleboard or surfboard when not in use.

Maintenance Features:

• Salt Water Environments: If the device is used in salt water environments, it is crucial to rinse it with fresh water after each use.
• Drying: After rinsing, the device should be wiped dry and placed in a dry location.
