7. Warranty
The device (1) has a 12-month warranty. The medical
container (2) (including mesh plate) has a 3-month warranty.
During the warranty period, we depend on the damage to
decide on maintenance or replacement of damaged parts.
Accessories such as the mouthpiece and mask are
consumables and are not covered by the warranty.
The following is not covered by the warranty:
• The damage caused by human actions such as falling,
improper touching or by immersing the entire device in liquid
substances.
• The damage caused by failure to comply with the correct
operating instructions.
• Accidentally damaged.
• Disassemble, alter or repair the product without permission
from our company.
• The product serial number is torn or cannot be properly
recognized or there is no invoice showing the purchase date.
Please keep the packaging securely so that it can be used
when you ship the product to our company under warranty
use. To use the warranty, please first contact us by email at
wmtecbv@gmail.com. We are not liable for damage due to
incorrect use of the product.
