Connecng the Wireless Local Area
Network (WLAN)
Wireless connecon can be established
manually or via the WPS method.
WLAN buon funconality
press and hold the WLAN buon for 5
seconds to turn ON/OFF the 2.4G WiFi
Press and hold the WLAN buon for 10
seconds to turn ON/OFF the 5G WiFi
WPS method
1. Make sure the WiFi indicator LED on the
front panel is lit. If not use the WLAN
buon to turn ON WiFi.
2. Press and hold the WPS buon for 3
seconds.
3. Follow the instrucons of your personal
device to complete the connecon
process.
Manual setup
1. Make sure the WiFi indicator LED on the
front panel is on. If not use the WLAN
buon to turn ON WiFi.
2. Perform a search for available wireless
networks using the personal device i.e.
laptop or mobile device.
3. Compare the list of wireless networks
with the network name which is shown
on the label.
4. Connect by clicking on the corresponding
SSID network name and provide the
password, which is printed on the device
label.
Troubleshoong
Power indicator LED off?
Check if the modem is properly connected
to the power adapter.
Check if the power adapter is connected to
an electrical outlet.
Check if the device is turned on – the power
buon should be in the “pressed” state.
If the device is properly connected and
turned on, the power indicator LED should
turn green aer a while.
WAN led is OFF?
Contact your service provider.
Internet led is OFF?
Contact your service provider.
POTS voice line does not register
Contact your service provider.
LAN 1-4 no acve link
Please check the LAN cable and your
personal device sengs.
