TROUBLESHOOTING
Fault Justification
The machine does
not filter water
Check that the mains water tank is full.
Check that the filters are not blocked due to too much dirt.
Water flow is lower
Check that the filters are not excessively dirty or that the
recommended replacement period has not passed.
Water does not taste
good
Check that the recommended filter replacement period has
not passed.
Check that all components have been fitted correctly.
Check that the connections at the water flow point are prop-
erly tightened and no water is seeping through anywhere.
The appearance of
induction current on

of the machine
The machine is not correctly earthed. Check the connection
and the electrical installation at the connection point.
Dispenser does not
heat water
Check that the power is on.
Thermostat protection does not reset. Contact service.
Dispenser not
cooling water
Check that the power is on.
Check that the cooling function has been activated.
The dispenser does
not filter
Has hydrogen production been completed, are the transpar-
ent water tanks bubble-free?
Is there water in the filtered water tank?
The internal module needs cleaning, disconnect the power
supply for the time being. Contact service.
