DESCRIPTION OF FAULTS
Fault code Justification Action
E1 Fault
After 120 minutes of continuous water treat-
ment, the tank is not fully filled.
Check whether the
water is not leaking
or missing from the
tank.
E2 Fault NTC inlet water temperature open circuit.
Plug connector
defective or heat-
ing parts to be
replaced. Plug con-
nector defective or
heating parts to be
replaced.
E3 Fault NTC outlet water temperature open circuit.
Plug connector
defective or heat-
ing parts to be
replaced. Plug con-
nector defective or
heating parts to be
replaced.
E4 Fault Inlet water temperature detected below 0-1°C.
Water with a tem-
perature above 5°C
should be used.
E6 Fault A hob hardware fault has been detected.
Necessary replace-
ment of heating
parts.
E7 Fault High temperature of the heating parts.
Automatic return to
normal temperature
after a drop in tem-
perature. tempera-

temperature.
