Turn Your Device ON/OFF
The instructions below explain how to turn your device ON or OFF.
To Turn the Device ON
• Press and hold the Power/Lock key until the device turns
ON.
NOTE: The rst time you use your phone, you’ll need to set it up.
To Turn the Device OFF
1. If the display is OFF, press the Power/Lock key to turn it ON.
2. Press and hold the Power/Lock key for a few seconds.
3. When the phone options menu appears, tap Power off.
Initial Setup
The rst time you turn your device ON (or after a reset to factory
settings), the on-screen prompts guide you through the basics of
setting up your device.
Follow the prompts to choose a default language, set up accounts,
choose location services, learn about your device's features, and
more.
