Google Voice Typing
Google voice typing uses Google voice recognition to convert
speech to text.
To use Google voice typing to enter text
1. Tap
on the keyboard.
-or-
2. Touch and hold the Keyboard settings
on the keyboard,
and enable tap Google voice typing.
Screen Timeout/Sleep Mode ON
Sleep mode saves battery power by turning o your display. You
will still receive messages and calls when the display is turned o.
Switching to Screen timeout mode
3. Press Power/Lock to switch your phone to Screen timeout
mode.
4. Your phone automatically turns OFF the display after a
period of inactivity.
To customize the screen timeout settings
• From the Home screen, swipe up to reveal all your Apps >
Settings > Display > Screen timeout.
Waking up from Screen timeout mode
1. Your phone automatically wakes up when you have an
incoming call.
2. To wake it up manually, press Power/Lock and the screen
must be unlocked.
