Device & app notifications
You can view and set device and app notifications.
To set the notifications
1. Tap Settings
> Notifications > Device & app
notifications under Privacy.
2. Tap the required apps listed and tap
Allow
notification access to set the Real-time, Conversations,
Notifications, or Silent options for the selected app.
Notifications on the lock screen
You can choose to view notifications on the screen.
To set the notification option
1. Tap Settings
> Notifications > Notifications on lock
screen.
2. Choose from the following options -
• Show conversations, default, and silent.
• Hide silent conversations and notifications.
• Don't show any notifications.
Do Not Disturb
You can block sounds and notifications while this mode is turned
ON. You can also specify exceptions for People, Apps, and Alarms.
To activate this mode
1. Tap Settings
> Notifications > Do Not Disturb.
2. Tap TURN ON/OFF NOW.
3. Tap Wireless emergency alerts to set the threat alerts.
4. Tap
Hide silent notification in the status bar to hide
the notification alerts displayed in the status bar.
