BATTERY REPLACEMENT
1. As shown in the figure, insert the battery with the anode side (+) toward
the light head.
2. Please do not reverse battery to avoid damage to the flashlight and
battery.
3. Please do not use battery with higher voltage than the flashlight working
voltage.
4. Please do not use battery with damaged surface or deformation to avoid
short circuit, explosion, leakage, etc.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
ORCATORCH D550 is a small and light weight tail magnetic switch diving
light. It is equipped with a totally sealed magnetic controlled tail switch
which offers high waterproofness and easy operation underwater. Using
the latest USA CREE LED, max 1000 lumens output and near to 6 hours
runtime, this portable diving light offers high and low two modes and one
strobe mode for different diving environment use. Plus robust water
pressure resistant construction, high portability and easy operation, D550
would be qualified for both recreational diving as a primary light and deep
diving as a backup light.
1. ON/OFF: Insert the battery and tighten the light head to turn on the
flashlight at default low mode, press the tail switch to turn it off.
2. Mode Selection: Press the tail switch to switch mode among high, low
and off. Keep pressing the tail switch for about 1 second to get the hidden
strobe mode, and press again to get back to the previous mode.
3. The total runtime will be extended significantly if the light is used
discontinuously.
Reason A: The batteries need to be replaced.
Solution: Replace batteries (Please confirm correct installation of + and -
terminals).
Reason B: The threads, PCB board contact or other contacts are dirty.
Solution: Clean the contact points with an alcohol soaked cotton swab.
If the methods above don't work, please contact the distributors and refer
to the warranty policy.
² Do not drop or place the light on sand in case iron sand stick or go into
switch section or screw thread.
² Tighten all the connections of the light before going underwater.
² Please take out the batteries after each diving.
² Please don't disassemble the sealed head, doing so may cause damage
to the flashlight and will void the warranty.
² We recommend the use of high quality batteries. If the flashlight will not
be used for a long time, remove the batteries to avoid damage from
electrolyte leakage or battery explosion.
² Please replace the O-rings if they are damaged after prolonged use and
regularly lubricate the o-rings so as to not erode the rubber. Doing so will
keep the flashlight properly sealed against water.
² Please clean the contacts of your light from time to time, especially
when the light flickers or doesn't light up. There are probably several
reasons for a flickering or not working light:

² Please keep the flashlight away from high intensity magnetic fields, or the
switch may fail to function.
² Please clean the surface of the light with fresh water and wipe it dry after
use in case of the seawater corrosiveness.
