4) Refer to figure(below) for setting up the 8 blades. If they are placed in wrong position, they hit each other
while mowing and lead to loss, clack, damage and vibration of blades.
5) Securely tighten the bolt and nut after the blade setting.
Turn the M10 bolt on free blade disc toward left and loosen it.
After free blade disc is removed, replace the blades.

*Make sure about upper side and lower side.
**It is possible to reuse the blade when turned upside
OFFSET BLADE REPLACEMENT
TIP :
Blade rotates left on cutter unit(L) and rotates right in cutter unit(R). Therefore, on M12 bag nut on cutter unit(R),
left-hand screw is used to avoid loosening. And on M12 bag nut on cutter unit(L), right-hand screw is used in
same reason.
1) Refer to figure(left). Use box wrench and remove nut
from the rotary protector hole.
2) Set the offset blade on blade holder and fix them by ro-
tary protector.
3) Place the removed nut in original position and securely
fix it. Pay attention to right-hand screw and left-hand screw.
