ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS :
1. REMOVE ENTIRE CONTENTS FROM BOX
2. ATTACHING HEARING PROTECTORS
Slide earmu into channel on helmet exactly as shown. The earmu will click into place. The hearing pro
-
tection must be in a vertical position when putting it on and taking it o. The user should ensure that
the combination of the helmet and earmus is installed, adjusted and maintained in accordance with the
manufacturer's instructions. This hearing protection should be worn only on the supplied forestry helmet.

3. USING HEARING PROTECTORS
Once the earmus are snapped onto the helmet, they will rotate 180°. Position earmus so they fully en
-
close the ears (2).Adjust the height of the cups (3, 4) to attain proper t.The cushions must exert equal
pressure around the ears. For best performance, pull hair back and out from underneath the cushions as
much as practical. If the combination of helmet and earmus is not worn continuously, the protective eect
will be seriously impaired.

4. FACE SCREEN ASSEMBLY
Curve face screen and start mounting it to the carrier by positioning one of the large mounting holes on
both upper sides of the screen over the pin on the carrier (5). Fit screen between two inner holders (6)
which are designed to keep the screen tight to the carrier. Push the screens` second large mounting hole
into the next pin of the carrier (5).

5. ATTACH VISOR TO HELMET
Press the holding arm (7) of the head protection into the corresponding hole (8) directly below the joints of
the earmus mounted on the helmet so that the earmus can be rotated. Push them far enough to have a
tight t of the carrier (9) to the helmet peak. There should not be a gap between the carrier and the helmet
to avoid any parts falling behind the screen.

6. USE OF VISOR
Visor can be worn in ‘up or down position (10).
The visor is used for work involving coarse chips and splinters ying around. In case of danger by particles
with high kinetic energy that could penetrate the mesh, safety goggles should be worn in addition. In
case of improper use, e.g. incorrect assembly or not folding down during work, the protection of the face
is not ensured.
