Update

1. Press the

AUTO

key, simultaneously ,

Press the

POWER

key, and

then th

e splicer return to the " Update st atus , the screen

displays as shown in Figure G-1.

2. Insert U disk with update file, the system of the splicer is

update automatically . After update, the

“

Up update Finished.

Please pull out U disk and restart. “ Message is displayed. I f

the format of U disk which is inserted the splicer is not

FAT,

the “ Initialize failed disk not find. ” message is displayed on

the screen

I f the format of U disk without update file is

FAT,

the “ Update failed. Check U disk or Update file. ”

message is displayed on the screen .

W hen the system of the splicer is upgraded, please restart it.

Notes:

(1) The format of U disk must be

FAT,

others

cannot be

identi fied.

(2) Keep the splicer on and do not pull out U disk

in the

process of upgrade .

(3) Power up the splicer again whether

update

is successful or

not.
