POWER SWITCH DOESN’T WORK OR LIGHT FLICKERS WHEN PUSHING
THE SWITCH.
POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Faulty switch or poor connection Power switch is not good
Battery not fully charged Verify the battery is fully charged
Wire harness connection, faulty switch, or bad
controller
Follow the throttle wire down to where
it enters the frame. Remove the rubber
plug and gently pull the wire to access the
connector. Unplug the connector and check
for any corrosion on the pins. If corrosion is
present, clean the pins and then reconnect the
connector.
Unplug the connector. Connect a voltmeter with
an ohm function to the red and blue wires that
go to the switch. Depress the switch, and check
the meter. If the meter goes to 0, the charge
switch is faulty. If the meter does not go to 0,
then you have a bad controller.
BIKE STOPPED WORKING WHILE RIDING IT
POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Loose battery or wire connection(s) Recharge or replace battery
Faulty power switch Contact your local Orion Moto authorized
dealer/service center for diagnosis and repair
Faulty throttle Do not exceed the weight limit of 120lb, ride
on at terrain
Motor or electrical system damage Verify the battery is fully charged
Rider weight/ terrain too steep Replace battery
SHORT RUN TIME/RUNS SLOW
POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Battery not fully charged Verify the battery is fully charged
Old or damaged battery Replace battery
