Ensure they are correctly engaged on the controller. * The controller itself might be faulty. Check the controller's power supplies, and if they are working correctly, replace the controller with an original spare one.

If it's in manual mode, switch it to automatic. 4. Assess the current transformer amperage. If it's lower than the sensitivity threshold, increase the load current or use a current transformer with a suitable primary ratio.
