Use 5mm screws for headshells up to 3.5mm thick; avoid overtightening or aluminum screws.
Do not fully tighten screws before stylus remounting; adjust overhang per player manual.
Adjust tone arm parallel to record surface, set anti-skating and stylus pressure per recommendations.
