INTRODUCTION

assure you that you have made the right choice. Please carefully review
and follow these instructions before fabricating the prosthesis or
accessory products. Remember to inform the patient concerning proper
handling and care of the prosthesis and its subcomponents, as set forth
in these instructions. This is important to achieve patient comfort and
maximum product life.
The users of Icelock are clinical specialists and end user. This device
should only be used with a prescription from a physician that includes
the necessary treatment information.
INDICATION FOR USE
The Icelock Series components are specifically designed to support
negative pressure suspension of prostheses to liners for Lower extremity
amputees. Weight Limit: kg.

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR USE
Össur does not recommend prescribing Icelock for amputees that
are not capable to use the device correctly according to instructions, for
example due to lack of hand dexterity or cognitive disability.
