BRACE APPLICATION
. Unfasten all straps on the front of the brace (A, C, G) and the AMS
wrap (E).
. The leg must be in full extension when brace is applied. Place the
hinge (D) at the center of the knee, as per clinician’s instructions.
(Figure )
. Beginning with the AMS wrap (E) just below the knee, fasten the wrap
snugly, as this will aid in brace suspension. (Figure )
. To help hold the brace in place, loosely attach the lower thigh
strap (C).
. Next, snugly fasten the bottom strap (G) while centering the shin pad
(F) over the bony part of your shin. (Figure )
. Fasten the upper thigh strap (A). (Figure )
. Fasten strap just above your knee (C) while centering the thigh pad
(B). (Figure )
BRACE MAINTENANCE
The brace is designed for minimum maintenance and care. Follow these
easy maintenance steps to keep your brace in good condition.
CLEANING
• Liners, straps and pads may be removed for cleaning.
• Do NOT machine wash
• Do NOT place in dryer
• Hand-wash using mild non-detergent soap
• Rinse thoroughly
• Air-dry
If migration occurs, clean silicone liners with an alcohol wipe or damp
cloth. If brace is used in salt water or chlorinated water, rinse well and
air dry.
HINGE MAINTENANCE
• Do NOT disassemble the hinge
• Check regularly for foreign materials in hinge (i.e. dirt or grass)
• Carefully clean dirt from hinge using water or compressed air
• Lubricate with lithium grease

LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship of your new
Rebound
®
PCL Knee Brace. This Warranty covers the frame and hinges for
one year from date of sale. The warranty covers all other materials, including
straps, sleeves, liners and pads for six months from the date of
original purchase.
