TROUBLESHOOTING YOUR COFFEEMAKER
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
THE “BREW NOW/ON” • The appliance is unplugged
LIGHT DIES NOT LIGHT UP • There’s a power outage

properly inserted

all the way in on the warmer
• There are no coffee grounds
in the filter basket
• The coffeemaker needs
cleaning

• The decanter lid is not on

• Too many coffee grounds
were placed in the filter
• The decanter was removed
from the warmer plate for
more than 30 seconds cool

• Plug unit in

slowly as described

rinse. If paper filter, replace.
Begin brewing process again
