PRODUCT FEATURES
The mixer features a planetary motion system that allows the beaters to rotate close to the
outer bowl edges, mixing the dough more quickly and efciently than ordinary mixers. With
600 watts of power and a variable speed control, the mixer allows you to prepare any type of
dough, from lightweight to heavy.
Bowl
• Made of durable material ideal for preparing varied types of recipes.

• Model FPSTSM2710 features a plastic bowl.
• Model FPSTSM2711 features a stainless steel bowl
Bowl Cover
• Prevents splattering of ingredients during the mixing process.
Bowl Cover Opening with Lid
• Allows ingredients to be added during the mixing process while the cover is positioned on
the bowl.
Speed Control
• Set the mixer at the optimal speed for your individual recipe. Always start at a lower speed
and then gradually increase the speed until reaching the desired speed level.
Attention! Do not operate the mixer continuously for more than 5 minutes.
Mixer Head Tilt Release Button
• To lift, press the button and tilt back the mixer head until you hear a click. To lower, press the
button again and gently lower the mixer head until it comes to a stop.
Beaters for Light, Medium and Heavy Mixing - Model FPSTSM2710
• The mixer include 3 types of beater attachments: 1 wire whisk for lightweight mixing, 1 at
beater for heavier mixing tasks and 1 hook to knead dough.

• The mixer include 4 types of beater attachments: 1 wire whisk for lightweight mixing, 1 at
beater for heavier mixing tasks, 1 exible at beater for heavier mixing tasks and 1 hook to
knead dough.
