Why can't I feel the electrical stimulation on my OSITO Massager?
    • C
      colin53Aug 6, 2025
There are several reasons why you might not feel the stimulation: * Ensure both bare feet are placed on the foot-pads simultaneously. Increase the intensity up to 99 until you feel the stimulation. * Dry feet can reduce conductivity. Moisturize the soles of your feet. * Dehydration can also affect conductivity. Drink plenty of water before and after use. * The intensity level might be too low. Gradually increase it until you feel the stimulation, finding a comfortable setting for you.

If you're experiencing weak stimulation, consider these possibilities: * Ensure the electrode pads stick tightly to your skin. * Avoid overlapping the electrode pads. * Clean the electrode pads if they are dirty by moistening the surface with water and wiping away any soil. * Adjust the placement of the electrode pads. * Increase the intensity level by pressing the FOOT/BODY button and change the mode by pressing the MODE button. * Move the device away from electromagnetic fields that might be interfering with its operation.

How to stop my legs from aching after using the OSTO AST-300H?
    • D
      Donald MaldonadoAug 28, 2025
Leg aching may occur if the intensity is too high, overworking your muscles. Allow adequate recovery time after each treatment. Start your next session at a lower, comfortable setting where you feel mild stimulation, and reduce the duration until your muscles adjust.
