What to do if there is no vapor or air coming out of the hose on my OTC Medical Equipment?

      Taylor ScottJul 28, 2025
If your OTC Medical Equipment tester is ON, but no vapor or air comes out of the hose, there are several potential causes: * First, check the power supply cable connection to ensure it's secure at the positive terminal and chassis ground. * Second, verify that the battery providing power is in good condition and fully charged. * Third, confirm that the shop air, nitrogen, or CO2 input pressure is between 50 psi and 175 psi / 3.4 and 12 bar (100 psi / 7 bar is recommended). * Finally, drain any oil that may have condensed inside the vapor supply hose.
