1. Preparation before Using
Batteries
a. For maximum battery life, OUDMON recommends using eight new lithium AA (Energizer@
brand ) or alkaline AA batteries.
b. Batteries need to be used dry batteries, can not use rechargeable batteries, it may cause the
device to malfunction.
c. Do not mix old batteries and new batteries.
d. Do not mix lithium batteries and alkaline batteries.
SD Card
OUDMON cameras support class 10 or faster SD Card (up to 256GB), and recommends Sandisk®
SD Cards. Please use the standard card instead of the TF or Micro card.
Install the Batteries
Please make sure insert each battery with correct polarity (negative or “flat” end against the
long spring of each battery slot), show as the following image:
Insert the SD Card
Don't lock the button (read-write
protection)which located on the side of the
card, so that the camera can recognize the
card.
SD card and batteries are not included in the package, you need to prepare in advance.
Be sure the camera in【OFF】Mode before inserting or removing SD cards or batteries.
