Use and maintenance of the controller
1. Regularly check whether the fixing screws and wiring of the controller are loose.
2. Regularly clean the dust on the surface of the controller, which is conducive to heat dissipation.
It is forbidden to wash electrical components with water, so as to avoid the danger of electrical
short-circuit failure.
3. It is strictly forbidden to modify the controller circuit without permission.
4. Regularly check the controller circuit, fuse, etc.
5. When the controller is found to work abnormally, it should stop running immediately and send
it to the authorized repair shop designated by the dealer's after-sales maintenance department
for repair and replacement.
Use and maintenance of electric motors
1. Regularly check whether the end cap screws on both sides of the motor are loose.
2. Regularly check whether the motor wiring is loose, whether the appearance is deformed, and
whether the motor phase wire is damaged.
3. For use in rainy days, the motor cannot be driven in deep water, and the water surface cannot
exceed the position of the rear axle.
4. The hub of the motor cannot be violently impacted, the motor cannot be forced to run under
the condition of a locked rotor, and overloading of the motor is strictly prohibited.
5. If the motor is found to be running abnormally, it should stop running immediately and send it
to the dealer's after-sales maintenance department for repair or replacement.
Tightening torque inspection and adjustment
Precautions for washing
1. Disconnect the power supply of the whole vehicle before cleaning. It is forbidden to touch
the live parts with wet hands and metal conductors, such as battery charging and discharging
ports.
2. It is strictly forbidden for water to impact electrical components. When cleaning the
vehicle, you should use a wet towel to dry the appearance of the vehicle.
3. Avoid the impact of water on the charging socket, wiring harness connectors, and fuses,
etc., and do not directly splash water on the storage box.
4. Do not splash water directly on the brakes, motors, and front and rear axles to prevent
water from affecting the life of the vehicle components.
5. Do not use steam or high-pressure water to wash the vehicle.
