      William RangelJul 31, 2025
If the Owandy Radiology Medical Equipment displays the message 'E110: Battery fault', it could indicate that the clock battery on the main CPU board (A5) is either low or faulty. If the message has just appeared, allow the machine to remain powered on to recharge the battery. How to troubleshoot H1 LED OFF on Owandy Radiology i-max touch?
    • B
      Brenda WarrenAug 5, 2025
If the H1 LED is OFF on your Owandy Radiology Medical Equipment, begin by checking fuses F1 and F2 on the Generator board. If the fuses are intact, verify the line voltage to both the board and the unit. If the line voltage is present and okay, proceed to replace the Generator board. If either fuse is blown, replace it with a new one of the same value and type. After replacement, perform another exposure to see if the fuse blows again. Should it blow again, inspect the Generator board for short circuits in V6, V31, and V36; if any are short-circuited, replace both the tubehead and the Generator board. If no short circuits are present, replace the tubehead.
