Get Started
3.1 To get started, you will need:
A Gateway.
A mobile app.
3.2 Connect to the gateway’s network
1. Set your gateway to permit joining.
2. Plug in your split AC control, the LED indicator will start flashing (reset it
if not).
3. The split AC control will join the gateway automatically, the LED indicator
will become solid when successfully joined.
3.3 Pair AC211 with Air Conditioner using the mobile App
1. Go to "Comfort" page of the mobile App.
2. Tap "Pair" on the right of the AC icon.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.
4. Verify the pairing result by tapping the “verify”, save the result if AC211
works properly with your AC conditioner.
Note: In a case when you can only control the on/off button but unable to
set the target temperature and other functions, please use other pairing
code.
