OPERATION
Pre-startup checks
1. Ensure that the nozzle has been tted and the handle is secured
tightly in the correct position.
2. Ensure that there is sufcient fuel/oil mix in the tank before starting the
engine.
CAUTION: BE SURE TO STOP THE ENGINE BEFORE
REFUELLING. DO NOT SMOKE WHILE REFUELLING.
MOVE AT LEAST 3M AWAY FROM THE FUELLING POINT
BEFORE STARTING THE MOTOR.
2 Press the priming bulb up to
10 times until the bulb is full.
3 Set the on/off switch to the on
position “ “.
5 Once the engine has red, squeeze trigger to set the choke lever to
the open position “ “ and restart if necessary.
Note: If the engine does not start up even after several attempts,
read the section “Troubleshooting”.
2 Add 2-stroke oil up to the oil
line. Tighten the lid and shake
well for a thorough mix.
4 Fasten the fuel cap and clean
any spillage.
1 Fill the mixing bottle with
unleaded petrol (91 Octane)
up to the fuel line.

1 Set the blower on a
hard, level surface
and set the choke
lever to the close
position “ “.
4 Hold the blower
rmly and pull out
the recoil starter until
you feel resistance.
Pull rmly on the
recoil starter until the
engine res.
3 Remove the fuel
cap and pour in
the mixture. Do not
overll.
Note: Only use oil that is expressly labelled for use with air-cooled
2-stroke engines.
Note: Always transport and store fuels in an approved container
(supplied bottle is for mixing only).
Cold Starting
Motor Fuel: Mix at 40:1 fuel to oil ratio
