The Stud Detector unit requires a 9V battery to operate.
1 Remove the battery
compartment lid from the back
of the unit using the tab at the
top.
3 Place the bottom of the battery
lid into the recess in the unit
and push the lid tab down to
secure in place.
2 Attach the 9V battery to the
battery clip in the correct
direction so that it clicks into
place.
