Hydraulic system – employment rules
Changes or repairing of the hydraulic system must be done exclusively by skilled staff in the
P.L.A.S.p.A authorised centres.
Each P.L.A.S.p.A motorhome has got a “clear waters” tank of big capacity located inside the vehicle,
a “grey waters” tank for the collecting of washbasins and shower’s unloading and a “black waters”
tank connected to the WC with box and extractable from an apposite external space.
The water supply occurs automatically each time a faucet is opened, thanks to the action of an electric
pressure pump, that must be activated before through the apposite switch located on the control panel
of the junction box. The P.L.A.S.p.A junction boxes allow to check the waters’ level through bright
led or direct indication; it will be enough to press the button “TEST” to see immediately the water
level.
The “clear waters” tank’s loading occurs outside, through the apposite vent (PICT. 32 AND 33).

To open the vent:
° Insert the key in the lock, turn it left and remove and open the ap; then screw the cap.
° Re-close after having lled with drinkable water.
To close the vent:
° Place the cap in its space screwing it, re-close the ap and turn the key right.
°Pull out the key.
Avoid to use as “drinkable” the water inside the “clear waters” tank.
After some days the water of the tank, even if coming from a source of drinkable water, can lose
its hygienic characteristics. As a matter of fact it is necessary to replace after having cleaned the
container, using a specic disinfectant liquid.
Before using the motorhome rinse well the tank and the tubes with a lot of drinkable water, leaving
the bad- and the kitchen faucets open.
Check periodically the closing of the bands for tightening the tubes next to the devices(pump, faucets,
boiler etc.) and in particular on the tubing of warm water.
Caution: this check and closing operation must be always done for the rst time by the dealer during
the check before the motorhome’s delivery.
