PRESSURE
ALARM?
Pressure alarm is optional. If you do not wish to set a pressure alarm select N(o),
otherwise select Y(es)
18 ∆P FAN
If you have selected
Y
:
Configuration of pressure alarm on fan:
Select value of pressure increment corresponding to the nominal airflow.
19 INIT Pa REF?
Configuration of pressure alarm: Do you wish to (re)define the nominal pressure
corresponding to a new nominal airflow ?
20 h INIT
If you have selected
Y
:
Pressure alarm setup
Enter airflow to define reference
pressure.
21
Pa REF INIT
xxxx m³h
xxxx Pa
Initialisation of the reference pressure busy. After 1 minute the CB will memorize the
value of the calculated static pressure on the fan once the INIT airflow is reached.
Display of instant value of airflow and pressure while initializing .
22 END SETUP The setup is then completed.
If MODE CPf or CPs
10 % on K3?
Select multiplier for CPf or CPs resulting airflow when terminals +12V and K3 are closed
(‘night’ setup).
11
CONFIG
TIME? N
Select Y to configure time and date
12
TIME
SEGMENT ?N
Select Y to activate the time segment scheduling function
Complete information is available on the PLC website : www.lemmens.com
13 INIT CP REF? Setup of CPf or CPs fan pressure instruction ?
14
INIT via
AIRFLOW?
Define if the constant pressure assignment value (Pa or V) for the fans:
- is to be automatically determined as a consequence of a selected airflow value
- is to be typed in by the user: select PRESSURE
If INIT via AIRFLOW: CB2 TAC5 SC will determine automatically the pressure value
15
INIT F1
0000m3h
Enter nominal airflow to determine corresponding pressure CPf or CPs.
16
INIT F1
xxxx m³h
xxxx Pa/V
Initialisation of the reference pressure busy. After 1 minute the CB will memorize the value
of the calculated (CPf) or measured (CPs) static pressure on the fan once the INIT airflow
is reached.
Display of instant value of airflow and pressure (CPf) or voltage (CPs) while initializing.
17 END SETUP The setup is then completed.
If INIT via PRESSURE: enter the pressure or voltage value
15
REF F1?
xxxx Pa / V
Enter nominal pressure/voltage value for Fan1.
16 END SETUP The setup is then completed.
6) What you can see on the screen
6.1 Basic display
The default setting displays actual airflow, pressure and/or air speed (selection in the SETUP) and alarm (if
activated).
More information available on the PLC website : www.lemmens.com
6.2 Display all the parameters
By pressing knobs and you can activate display the status of all the parameters:
More information available on the PLC website : www.lemmens.com
7) Fan running status
One of 2 relays of the SAT3 option indicates if the fan is actually running (actual value > 20% requested value) or
not.
This allows for example to start an electrical heating coil or a compressor only when the fan is actually running
(contact closed). It is an extra safety feature because you have the certainty the fan is actually running (closed
loop principle)
Wiring diagram: see appendix 5.
