Setting Parameters for Manual
“Time” will flash, and can be adjusted using the
SET
button or reset using the
RESET
button. Press
ENTER
(MODE)
to save value & move to next parameter to be adjusted. Continue through all desired parameters, start
pedaling to begin your workout.
Note: Resistance can be adjusted at anytime during your workout by turning the resistance knob.
Operating Instructions
Begin pedaling or press any button to wake the display
Press the
MODE
button until the time display is flashing
“Time” flashes, press
SET
to preset the time or press reset
RESET
to clear the time. If Time Goal is
“0”, value will count up.
MODE
“Distance” flashes, press
SET
to preset the distance or press reset
RESET
to clear the distance. If
Distance Goal is “0”, value will count up.
MODE
“Calories” flashes, press
SET
to preset the Calories or press reset
RESET
to clear the Calories. If
Calories Goal is “0”, value will count up.
MODE
“Pulse” flashes
SET
(Set your desired maximum heart rate for an alarm to sound once reached).
