500 lb capacity scooters include separate dis-
connect plugs for the motor power and the motor brakes. To prevent pos-
sible damage of the plugs, it is important that you disconnect the smaller
(2-pin) brake connector plug fi rst. Locate the plugs above and slightly in
front of the drive motor. (See FIGURE 4)
Pressing down on the
latch release lever, pull
the connector plugs
apart with a rocking
motion.

Reconnect the plugs in reverse order, (4-Pin) motor power connector fi rst,
followed by the (2-Pin) brake lead connector.
Use care to avoid pulling on the wires to disconnect the plugs.
