Refill the fuel tank with fresh 86+ octane unleaded gasoline. You should also test or replace the fuel tank cap. If these steps don't solve the issue, have a qualified technician service the magneto. If the engine is cold, make sure the choke is in the start position. Try using fresh 86+ octane unleaded gasoline. Prime the carburetor by pressing the priming bulb. Clean out any dirty fuel passageways using a fuel additive. If the carburetor needle is stuck, gently tap the side of the carburetor float chamber with a screwdriver handle. If there's too much fuel in the chamber, turn the choke to the run position, remove the spark plug, and pull the start handle several times to air out the chamber before reinstalling the spark plug and setting the choke to start position.
