      If the output pressure of your Pacific hydrostar Pressure Washer varies, it could be due to several factors. Ensure there's enough water supply by checking the water supply hose for kinks, leaks, or blockages and opening the faucet all the way. Also, the water inlet screen might be clogged (remove and rinse it) or the nozzle could be clogged or have mineral build-up (remove and clean the nozzle, using vinegar for mineral build-up).

      Your Pacific hydrostar Pressure Washer engine might not start due to several reasons: the gas tank could be empty (fill it), the oil level might be low (add oil), the choke might not be in the correct position (close the choke), the engine throttle setting might be too low (increase the throttle setting), or there could be pressure build-up in the pump (squeeze the trigger to release pressure).

      If your Pacific hydrostar Pressure Washer isn't producing high pressure, it could be due to a few reasons. The diameter of the water supply hose might be too small (replace it with a ¾ inch hose), the water supply could be restricted (check the hose for kinks, leaks, or blockages), or there might not be enough water supply (open the water faucet all the way).
