Why is my PaintWIZ PW25000 spraying in a pulsating manner?
    • K
      Kathy YoungJul 28, 2025
If your PaintWIZ Paint Sprayer is spraying in a pulsating manner, this could be due to several reasons. The material cup might be almost empty, so try refilling it. Blocked material passages can also cause this issue; clean them thoroughly with water or mineral spirits using the supplied brush. A worn or damaged paint nozzle could be the culprit, so clean the nozzle or replace it if necessary. Additionally, check if the diaphragm under the lid of the cup is not installed or dirty; install or clean it. The sprayer’s air filter might be dirty, so clean or replace the air filter. Finally, partially blocked air cap holes can cause this; clean the air cap thoroughly.

What to do if material drips or runs on sprayed surface with PaintWIZ PW25000?
    • K
      kellypaulaAug 1, 2025
If the material drips or runs on the sprayed surface when using your PaintWIZ Paint Sprayer, it could be due to several factors. You might be spraying too much material, so try turning the fluid control dial anti-clockwise (-). A slow pass can also cause this, so increase the speed of your pass. If the material is too diluted, add un-thinned material to achieve the correct run time. Also, ensure you are not spraying too close to the painting surface; hold the sprayer at a right angle to the painting surface at a distance of 2-12 inches.

How to fix a poor spray pattern with PaintWIZ PW25000?
    • J
      Jenna HillAug 7, 2025
If you observe a poor spray pattern with your PaintWIZ Paint Sprayer, it could be due to several reasons. The material might not be thin enough, so thin it with water or an appropriate solvent. Check if the diaphragm under the lid of the cup is not installed or dirty; install or clean the diaphragm. A clogged or loose pick-up tube can also cause this; clean or insert the pick-up tube. Ensure there is pressure in the cup by tightening the cup into the sprayer. Lastly, a blocked air passageway in the sprayer body can lead to this issue; clean the passageway (4mm vent hole underneath the cup lid).

    • S
      Sean JacobsAug 12, 2025
If you notice paint leaking from the front of your PaintWIZ Paint Sprayer, it's likely due to a worn or damaged nozzle, in which case you should replace the nozzle. Alternatively, there might be debris or dried material in the nozzle, so try cleaning it.

Why is there heavy material on one side of the pattern with my PaintWIZ Paint Sprayer?
    • A
      Andrea WeaverAug 17, 2025
If you're experiencing heavy material on one side of the pattern while using your PaintWIZ Paint Sprayer, it could be because not enough material is being sprayed; try turning the fluid control dial clockwise (+). It could also be that the sprayer is held too far from the surface; hold the sprayer at a distance of 2-12 inches, or closer for small objects. Also, ensure that spray passes are well overlapped, aiming for about 1/3 width over the previous pass.
