Why PaintWIZ PW25150 Paint Sprayer spraying in a pulsating manner?
    • A
      Alice FosterJul 29, 2025
Your PaintWIZ Paint Sprayer might be spraying in a pulsating manner because the material cup is almost empty, blocked material passages, worn or damaged paint nozzle, the diaphragm under the lid of the cup is not installed or dirty, the sprayer’s air filter is dirty, or air cap holes are partially blocked. To resolve this, refill the material cup, thoroughly clean material passages with water or mineral spirits using the supplied brush, clean or replace the nozzle if necessary, install or clean the diaphragm, clean or replace the air filter, and clean the air cap thoroughly.

How to fix poor spray pattern with PaintWIZ PW25150?
    • K
      Kristen HollandAug 2, 2025
A poor spray pattern with your PaintWIZ Paint Sprayer can be caused by several factors. The material might not be thin enough, so try thinning it with water or an appropriate solvent. The diaphragm under the lid of the cup might be missing or dirty, so install or clean it. The pick-up tube could be clogged or loose, so clean or insert it properly. Also, ensure there is pressure in the cup by tightening the cup into the sprayer. Finally, a blocked air passageway in the sprayer body can cause this issue; clean the passageway (the 4mm vent hole underneath the cup lid).

What to do if material drips or runs on sprayed surface with PaintWIZ PW25150?
    • L
      Luke MeyerAug 8, 2025
If the material drips or runs on the sprayed surface when using the PaintWIZ Paint Sprayer, it could be due to several reasons. You might be spraying too much material, so turn the fluid control dial anti-clockwise (-). Your pass might be too slow, so increase the speed of your pass. The material might be too diluted, so add un-thinned material to achieve the correct run time. Also, ensure you are not spraying too close to the painting surface; hold the sprayer at a right angle to the painting surface and at a distance of 2-12 inches.

What causes heavy material on one side of the pattern when using PaintWIZ PW25150 Paint Sprayer?
    • T
      Tiffany FoxAug 12, 2025
If you notice heavy material on one side of the pattern with your PaintWIZ Paint Sprayer, it might be because not enough material is being sprayed; turn the fluid control dial clockwise (+). Another reason could be that the sprayer is held too far from the surface; hold the sprayer at a distance of 2-12 inches, or closer for small objects. Also, ensure that your spray passes are well overlapped, about 1/3 width over the previous pass.

Why is paint leaking from front of PaintWIZ PW25150?
    • M
      Margaret CastroAug 18, 2025
Paint leaking from the front of your PaintWIZ Paint Sprayer is usually caused by a worn or damaged nozzle, in which case you should replace the nozzle. It can also be caused by debris or dried material in the nozzle, so try cleaning the nozzle.

Why material is splattering from PaintWIZ PW25150?
    • J
      Jennifer DouglasAug 23, 2025
Material splattering from your PaintWIZ Paint Sprayer usually indicates that the viscosity of the material is too thick. Thin the material to resolve this issue.
