DVD MULTI Drive
Cleaning
z We recommend cleaning the drive lens (B) with an air puffer used for camera lenses
(Do not use any spray lens cleaning products)
NOTE
z The drive power cannot be turned off when a disk formatted with B's CLiP has been
set (While the icon is displayed on the notification area). In this case, right click on
the icon, click on [Eject], and turn the power off after the media has been removed.
z When the drive power is turned on/off, if a message for another application is dis-
played on the notification area, the message indicating the drive power status will be
displayed after the earlier message disappears.
z When the DVD MULTI drive power is turned off, a message may appear indicating that
[MATSHITA... can now be disconnected safely,] but the DVD MULTI drive cannot be
disconnected because it is a built-in unit.
