17.1.10 To Remove Discharge Grille and Electronic Controller (Connector)

1. Detach connectors from lead wire complete (CN-STM601). 3 connectors from electric controller (Connector).
2. Remove the discharge grille by releasing the 3 tabs.
3. Unscrew the 4 mounting screws to remove discharge grille.

1. Remove the shaft from discharge grille complete to remove the gear complete.
2. Unscrew the mounting screw from air swing motor (vertical flap) and push to remove from the connecting bar.

1. Remove the vertical flap from hook and connecting bar.
2. Unhook the fulcrum and remove from discharge grille.
Beware of sharp edge of vertical flap
