Press B to select the desired operation mode.
The display changes in this order.
■ AUTO operation
Indoor unit will automatically detect the temperature differences between the remote control set temperature and the inlet
air temperature, and automatically switches operation between HEAT, FAN and COOL mode to maintain a constant room
temperature.
■ DRY operation
Indoor unit will automatically switch to cooling operation with a low fan speed.
(The outdoor unit will be cut-off if the room temperature is less than 21°C or the remote control set temperature is higher
than the room temperature.)
Press C to select the setting temperature (16°C – 31°C).
Press to decrease temperature by 1°C. Press to increase temperature by 1°C.
Press D to select the fan speed.
The display changes in this order.

NOTE
Once a button has been pressed to make a setting, the
setting will be retained even though the OFF/ON button is
pressed to stop and restart the operation.
To start operation
Direct the remote control towards the ray receiver
and press A.
The Operation indicator on the ray receiver will
illuminate and the indoor unit will operate.
To stop operation
Press A once more.
The Operation indicator will switch off and the
indoor unit will stop operating.
For Heat Pump models
■ AUTO fan speed
Indoor unit will detect the temperature differences between the remote
control set temperature and the inlet air temperature, and switches the
fan speed accordingly.
The larger the difference between the two temperatures, the greater will
be the fan speed. (If the operation mode is set to FAN, the fan speed will
be fixed at MED regardless of the temperature difference.)
