Troubleshooting
The “Panasonic
Comfort Cloud” app
cannot be installed
in mobile device.
z Check if OS of the mobile device is
compatible.
The “Panasonic Comfort Cloud” app is not
guaranteed to work with all versions of iOS
and Android™ OS.
See page 96 for the versions of the OS
for mobile devices that are supported by the
“Panasonic Comfort Cloud” app.
Remote controller
and router cannot be
connected.
z Conrm that the remote controller is turned
on.
z Check the following if “
” is not displayed
on the top screen of the remote controller.
– Conrm that the Wireless LAN setting on
the remote controller is set to [Enable].

– Ensure the router’s wireless LAN signal
reaches the remote controller, the SSID
is not hidden, the MAC address setup
is enabled for the remote controller, the
router’s dual band signal is enabled for
2.4 GHz connection.
– Check the network connections (P.62).

Register additional
air conditioner to
“Panasonic Comfort
Cloud” app.
z Set the additional unit, following the rst unit
initial setup. It is recommended to name
each of the registered air conditioner units
to distinguish them easily.
