Troubleshooting guide
The front panel indicators of this unit light up or
flash in order to show the unit’s condition. Refer to
the table below to identify the condition.
LED indicators on the front panel
LED indicators Check the following
When this unit is in
standby mode
"INFO2", (Í/I) light
up.
A software (firmware)
update is in progress.
Never disconnect the AC
mains lead until "INFO2"
and (Í/I) go off. Doing so
may cause malfunctions.
(> 66)
INFO
REC
LED indicators Check the following
"INFO1", "INFO2",
"REC" flash for
5 seconds.
The HOLD function is
activated. (> 67)
"INFO1" flashes
6 times, "INFO2"
goes off.
The remote control does
not work. (> 65)
"INFO1", "REC"
light up, "INFO2"
flashes fast.
The USB device is drawing
too much power. Remove
the USB device.
"INFO1", "REC"
light up, "INFO2"
goes off.
The unit is hot.
The unit switches to
standby for safety
reasons. Wait for about
30 minutes until the
indicators go off.
Install or place this unit
with good ventilation.
"INFO1", "REC"
light up, "INFO2"
flashes.
An abnormality has been
detected in the power
supply to the antenna.
Check to see if the core
wires and braided wire are
in contact with each other
within the antenna cable.
"INFO1", "INFO2"
light up, "REC"
goes off.
HDMI cannot be output
because it is connected to
a model that does not
support copyright
protection.
"INFO1" lights up,
"REC" flashes.
A malfunction has
occurred. The unit is trying
to restore to the normal
operation. Once the
indicators go off you can
use the unit again.
If it remains stays on,
consult the dealer.
"INFO1", "INFO2"
light up, "REC"
flashes.
The unit fails to operate
properly. Press [
Í
/I] on the
main unit to switch the unit
to standby mode. Now press
[
Í
/I] on the main unit again
to turn the unit on.
