Sounds during Knead upwards and downwards operation
You may feel some vibration in the operations of Knead upwards and Knead downwards, however this
phenomenon is caused structurally and it is not abnormal. This is the noise of backlash by the Worm wheel and the
Worm shaft; even if the parts are replaced, the phenomenon is not solved.
Operations
How often
Knocking sounds are heard twice in one massaging operation (one round).
Reasons of the noise
The noise is caused by the gaps of the teeth of the Worm shaft and the Worm wheel in the Motor block.
Reasons why the countermeasures cannot be executed
If the gaps are decreased, it may lead to the parts abrasion and shorten the lifespan of the products. Therefore, we
cannot
decrease the gaps.
