Before using the hair
clipper
This clipper is designed for professional
use to trim hair and beards. Charge for
12 hours before using the clipper for the
first time in order to activate the built-in
rechargeable battery. The clipper can be
operated on either an AC power source
or a rechargeable battery. Read all
instructions carefully before use.

(A) On/off Switch

Lights up when the contact plug
receptacle (F) is connected to an
AC power source for charging.

Tum the dial clockwise or counter-
clockwise to adjust the moving
blade back and forth to get the
desired height. Adjustable in 5
stages from 1/32"(0.8 mm) to
5/64"(2.0 mm) in 1/64"(0.3 mm)
steps without attachment.

Operation
How to charge and use as recharge-
able unit
Insert the contact plug (S) into the charging
stand (Q) until it clicks firmly into position.
Connect the power cord unit (P) into the
power outlet. Place the hair clipper on the
charging stand. The unit will automatically
stide onto the contacts. When the charging
indicator is lit, the unit is being charged.
The switch should be set to “O” (off during
charging. An 8-hour charge will provide 55
minutes of use. After the main unit is
charged, disconnect the contact plug (S)
and simply switch to “1” (on) to operate.
Using as a cord unit
Push the button (T) to release the con-
tact plug (S) from the charging stand.
With the switch set to “O” (off), insert the
contact plug in the contact plug recepta-
cle (F) of the unit until it clicks firmly into
position. To release the contact plug
from the unit, push the release button
(G) and pull out the contact plug (S) at
the same time.
How to use the comb attachments
e To use the comb attachments always
set the dial to “3”.
e Slide in the comb attachment, as
shown in Figure 3,
e To remove, push up the attachment
comb buttom with your thumb.
e Four attachment combs are avail-
able, extra short (4mm, 3/16"), shon
(6mm, 1/4"), medium (9mm, 3/8"),
and long (12mm, 1/2").
Blade care
Hold the handle of the hair clipper firmly
with the on/off switch facing upward and
push the upper part of the blade away from
the housing. (See Fig. 4) Using the brush,
