Cautions for charging
• Dry the trimmer completely
before charging it.
• Do not charge the trimmer at
temperatures below 0 ˚C (32 ˚F)
or above 40 ˚C (104 ˚F), or where
it will be exposed to direct
sunlight or other heat sources.
• Do not continue charging for
more than 48 hours as it may
damage the battery.
• The trimmer may become warm
during operation and charging.
This is normal.
• The adaptor is intended to be
correctly oriented in a vertical or
floor mount position.

• Use only the included adaptor
RE9-32.
• Keep the adaptor away from
water and handle it only with
dry hands.
• Store the adaptor in a dry area
where it is protected from
damage.
Cautions for use and storage
The following is the symbol of Wet
trimmer. The symbol means that the
hand-held part may be used in a
bath or shower.
• Turn off the trimmer before
changing the trimming length or
removing the comb attachment.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not tamper with the moving
parts.
• Do not use on animals.
• Do not disassemble the trimmer.
• Do not store the trimmer in a
place exposed to direct sunlight
or near a heater or other source
of heat.
Cautions for cleaning
• Do not take the housing apart
as this can affect the watertight
construction of the trimmer.
• Wash the trimmer in tap water.
Do not use salt water or boiling
water. Also, do not use cleaning
products that are designed for
toilets, bathrooms or kitchen
appliances. Do not submerge
the trimmer in tap water for a
long time.
• Clean the housing only with a
soft cloth slightly dampened with
tap water or soapy tap water. Do
not use a caustic cleaner such
as benzine or bleach.
