Playing back the greeting
message

Press {INT}.
L The handset number will be displayed.
2 Press {#}.
3 After the beep, press {6}.
4 Press {ih}.
Erasing the greeting message

Press {INT}.
L The handset number will be displayed.
2 Press {#}.
3 After the beep, press {6}.
4 Press {*}.
5 Press {6}.
6 Press {ih}.
Note:
L If you erase your own greeting message,
the unit will play a prerecorded greeting
message for callers.
Listening to messages
Messages are stored and played back
chronologically, from oldest message to
newest.
Listening to new/all messages
When you have new messages, r
flashes.
1 Press {INT}.
L The handset number will be displayed.
2 Press {#}.
3 After the beep, press {4} to play back
new messages or {5} to play back all
messages.
4 Press {ih}.
Note:
L To adjust the speaker volume during
playback, press {e} or {v} repeatedly.
L While listening to messages, you can
switch between the receiver and speaker
by pressing {C} or {s}.
Repeating/skipping/stopping/erasing a
message during playback
L To repeat a message during playback,
press {1}. If pressed within the first
5 seconds of a message, the previous
message will be played.
L To skip a message during playback, press
{2}.
L To stop a message during playback, press
{9}.
L To erase a message during playback,
press {*}, then press {4}.
Erasing all messages
1 Press {INT}.
L The handset number will be displayed.
2 Press {#}.
3 After the beep, press {*}.
4 Press {5}.
5 Press {ih}.
Note:
L The greeting message is not erased.
Recording a voice memo
To leave a private message for yourself or
someone else, you can record a voice
memo. This memo can be played back later,
either directly or remotely.
1 Press {INT}.
L The handset number will be displayed.
2 Press {#}.
3 After the beep, press {7}.
4 Press {4}.
