If the indicators aren't green, try moving the unit closer to the base unit. Also, the registration might be canceled, so deregister and then re-register the unit. To deregister, unplug the AC adapter, press and hold the PROGRAM button, reconnect the AC adapter while still holding the PROGRAM button, and keep holding it for about 10 seconds until the STATUS indicator flashes amber, then release. To re-register, unplug the AC adapter and follow the installation steps in the manual.
