How to fix a Panasonic mc-e7101 when the motor fails to rotate?

If the motor of your Panasonic Vacuum Cleaner fails to rotate and you hear no noise at all, check the following components and replace them if there is no continuity: the cord reel assembly, the fuse, the motor, the ON/OFF switch, and the thermal cut-out. Additionally, if the power control circuit is in an open circuit, replace it.
