  • Before Wash Preparations: Users are advised to check clothing labels, empty pockets, knot long strips, zip or button clothes, put small items in a pillow slip, turn easy-pilling fabrics inside out, and separate clothes by texture. The machine may alarm if the load is unbalanced or too small, requiring manual distribution or adding more load.
  • Detergent Dispenser: Features separate compartments for pre-wash detergent (Case I), main wash detergent (Case II), and softener. Pre-wash detergent is only used with the Pre Wash function. Lumpy or sticky detergents should be diluted to prevent blockages.

    • Machine is for indoor use only and not intended to be built-in.
    • Not to be installed in bathrooms or very wet rooms, or rooms with explosive/caustic gases.
    • Do not climb or sit on the machine. Do not lean against the door.
    • Handle with care during transport; do not hold by protruding parts or the door.

  • Cleaning the Drum: Remove rusts from metal articles immediately with chlorine-free detergents. Do not use steel wool. Do not put laundry in the machine during drum cleaning.
  • Cleaning the Door Seal and Glass: Wipe after each wash to remove lint and stains. Remove coins, buttons, and other objects from the seal.
  • Cleaning the Inlet Filter: Clean if water flow is reduced. This involves closing the tap, removing the water supply hose from the tap, cleaning the filter, and reconnecting. For the machine's inlet pipe, screw off the pipe, pull out the filter with pliers, clean it, and reinstall.
  • Cleaning the Detergent Dispenser: Pull out the drawer, press down on the softener cover, lift the clip, remove the cover, wash all grooves with water, clean inside the recess with a toothbrush, and then restore the cover and push the drawer back into position. Do not use alcohol, solvents, or chemical products.
  • Cleaning the Drain Pump Filter: This is a critical safety and maintenance task.
    • Warning: Be careful of hot water, allow detergent solution to cool, unplug the machine, and clean periodically.
    • Steps: Open the lower cover cap, rotate and pull out the emergency drain hose (if present), take off the hose cap to drain water, then reset the drain hose. Open the filter by turning counter-clockwise, remove extraneous matter, and close the cover cap.
    • Caution: Ensure valve cap and emergency drain hose are properly reinstalled to prevent leaks. Some machines may not have an emergency drain hose; in such cases, rotate the lower cover cap directly to drain water. Never remove the pump cover during a wash cycle if hot water is present; wait until the cycle is finished and empty. Ensure the cover is securely re-tightened.
  • Troubleshooting Guide: Provides solutions for common issues like the machine not starting (door not closed), door not opening (safety lock), water leakage (loose hoses), detergent residues (dampened detergent), indicator/display not lighting (power/connection issues), and abnormal noise (transport bolts, uneven floor). It also lists error codes (E30 for door, E10 for water injection, E21 for overtime draining, E12 for water overflow, EXX for others) and their corresponding solutions, advising to contact a service center if problems persist.
