The unit does not turn on
electricity.

You poured in water directly
from a tap and splash water on
the unit.

It is broken if the electric
components are taken in
water. Please contact an
authorized service center
(as described in the
warranty) for a repair.

You put the unit on the sink and
caused its bottom wet.

You turned the unit upside down
with its bottom wet.
z
You washed the unit in water.
The temperature indication
goes up and down greatly.

Immediately after plug in or out, may vary greatly.
The temperature indication
is still on when it is
unplugged.

When there is remaining battery, it will be indicated.

If it cannot be recovered or feel something strange, disconnect the power plug, reconnect after
30 seconds and operate it again.
