Timer Recording
4-Key Programming
Up to 16 timer programs, including weekly and
daily programs, can be recorded up to one
month in advance by setting the timer.
Preparations
– Insert a video cassette tape with an intact
erasure prevention tab.
– Confirm that the TV is on and the VCR
viewing channel is selected.
– Turn on the VCR.
– Check that the clock is set to the correct time.
If it has not been set, refer to page 17.
– Press [VCR/TV] to select the VCR mode.

Operations
1 Press [PROG./ CHECK].
2 Set Program position (channel) to 2.
– The next item will flash after about
2 seconds.
3 Set Date to 27TH.
4 Set Starting time to 20:02.
– When kept pressed, the indication changes
in 30-minute steps.
5 Set Ending time to 21:30.
6 Press 1 to select [CATEGORY SETTING].
Then, select the desired category by
pressing 3421.
