5 The LAP function
LAP
keeps
track
of
time
when
you
are
jogging
and
listening
to
music.

LAP.
(LAP
is
now
on
standby.)
You
will
see
“00:00”
or
the
last
condition
on
the
display.
Within
10
seconds
press
one
of
the
LAP
START
buttons
(1,
2, 3, 4,
5}
to
choose
the LAP mode. (LAP is now on.)
A
tone
sounds
at
the
time
set
for
each
mode.

Every 10 minutes
Mode 4
Mode 5
Whichever
mode
you
choose,
“beep
beep”
sounds
every
30
minutes
and “beep
bee...p”
every
60
minutes.
